Sioux Falls winter survival tips for staying safe on roads, outsideTips on how to drive, what to wear and how to stay informed during winter weather in South Dakota.Sioux Falls and a majority of southeastern South Dakota are under a winter storm warning, according to the National Weather Service of Sioux Falls.Parts of South Dakota west of Interstate 29 have already had reports of snowfall as of 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to the NWS. The storm is expected to begin at about 6 p.m. in the Sioux Falls area, and could bring up to a foot of snow or more in some areas.
