Monday, March 20th is officially the first day of spring, which is today! It might not seem like it with snow still on the ground. However, the spring outlook from the Farmer's Almanac is about to turn your winter blues frown upside down. It's no secret that Sioux Falls and the Sioux Empire had one of the snowiest winters to date. The good news is the snow is slowly going to turn into rain. As far as temperatures go, hold off on the flip-flops and shorts for now.
